- 2 cups frozen mixed berries

Instructions
- Combine ingredients: Place 1 cup of milk, the banana, frozen berries, and 1 tablespoon of honey into a blender.
- Blend: Blend the mixture until smooth. Depending on your blender’s power and desired texture, add more milk and/or stir partway through blending to achieve the perfect consistency.
- Adjust sweetness: Taste the smoothie and if needed, add additional sweetener or honey to reach your preferred level of sweetness.
- Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with cookie crumbles for added texture. This recipe yields one large serving or two small servings.
Notes
- Use any kind of milk: regular, fat free, or nondairy alternatives like almond milk.
- Choose your favorite berries, either pre-frozen or a combination of types. If using fresh berries, freeze them for at least 2 hours before blending.
- Add protein boost by including a scoop of your preferred protein powder during blending.
- The sweetness can be customized according to taste; adjust or omit sweeteners as desired.
