Cake Mixes

- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 8 ounces whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350º Fahrenheit to prepare for baking the cakes.
- Prepare Cake Mixes: Prepare the white and red velvet cake mixes according to the instructions on the boxes. Add 10 drops of green food coloring to the white cake batter to create the green layer.
- Bake Cakes: Grease two 9×13 inch cake pans and divide each colored batter into them. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool Cakes: Remove cakes from oven and allow them to cool completely on a wire rack before assembling the trifle.

- Top Trifle: Sprinkle the reserved cake crumbs on top of the final cream layer to complete the dessert.
