Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Measure out 6 ounces of pineapple juice, 3 ounces of coconut cream, 1 ½ ounces of light rum, and have 1 to 2 cups of crushed ice ready.
  2. Blend Ingredients: Add the pineapple juice, coconut cream, light rum, and crushed ice to a blender. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve: Pour the blended mixture into a chilled glass. Garnish with a fresh pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry for a classic presentation.

Notes

  • To make a non-alcoholic version (mocktail), simply omit the light rum and blend the rest of the ingredients as directed.
