Pizza Rolls
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- ½ cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Warm Tortillas: Using a microwave-safe plate, microwave tortillas for 30 seconds to make them soft and pliable for rolling.
- Spread Sauce: Lay the warmed tortilla on a flat surface. Using a spoon, spread the marinara sauce evenly on top of the tortilla in a thin layer.
- Add Cheese: Top the marinara sauce with shredded mozzarella cheese, spreading it evenly over the sauce.
- Season: Sprinkle dried oregano, basil, and garlic powder evenly on top of the cheese to add flavor.
- Roll Inward: Roll the sides of the tortilla inward to seal the filling inside.
- Roll Up: Then roll the tortilla in from the top and bottom tightly to form a compact roll.
- Air Fry: Place the rolled tortillas seam side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 400 degrees for 6 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
- Slice and Serve: Remove the rolls and slice each tortilla into 4 even pieces using a serrated knife. Serve with extra marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

- Use a serrated knife to slice pizza rolls to avoid flattening them and keep their shape intact.
- Allow pizza rolls to cool completely before storing in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze in a sealed bag for up to 3 months.
